My lovely sister-in-law, Sara, has inspired me to begin a blog. I began one way back in 2007. However, I completely forgot about it and failed to manage it. This time, I promise I'll keep this one updated. Over the next few weeks/months, I will be dedicating this post to all the things we love about this beautiful little city, dubbed, 'The coolest little capital city in the world'. http://www.wellingtonnz.com/media/lonely_planet_acclaim_coolest_little_capital_world
This is picture was taken from Mount Victoria. It is a beautiful spot in Wellington and it is the area where we currently live. It take us 30 minutes to walk up to the top and it is one our favourite spots. We love Mount Victoria!
One of our favourite places in Wellington is our grocery store, Moore Wilsons. Any Wellingtonion would agree. It is exquisite. Stocks the best coffee, meats, veg, and other yummy treats. Thankfully, it is only a 10 minute walk from our place in Mount Victoria.
Heehee, grabbed a shopper who said, "No pictures today, thank you". I didn't even notice him :-)
It is Feijoa season in NZ. A yummy fruit.
I love ham, but it is very expensive. A leg would cost anywhere to $60-$80. Too much for 2 people.
Robert has asked me to take a photo of the bread and the fresh orange juice so watch this space.
You are lovely, too! The blog is great. I can't wait for more. oxox!
